I'm fine - the back of the hand is a little tight/sore/stiff, but nothing too discomforting, and because I was wearing the motorbike jacket that's saved me once already, no further damage ensued.
Golden Retrievers are great, but they can be a bit bouncy/enthusiastic, with that lolloping run of theirs. Also, they're big dogs, so I can well imagine trying to maintain control of three of them would be more than a handful!
