Now We Are Four

Today is Mali-dog's (notional) fourth birthday! I say notional, parenthetically, because we adopted him as a rescue dog, and were told, way back on the 12^th of September, 2005 that he was four months old. Tracking back, then, we fixed the 12^th of May as his birthday, for lack of a more precise date.

tbh, I don't think he's actually noticed it's his birthday - aiming to take him up to the Field tonight, though, for a run proper, which he'll like.

Wow, I can't believe it's been four years! Many happy returns to the doggin, and congratulations on your successful raising of him as a rescue dog. You've worked hard over the years to guide him into being the most well-mannered fellow he can be, and that's taken dedication and skill. Well done, both you and Mali.

Well, technically it's been 3¾ years that he's been a resident of Castle Fox. 12 September 2009 will have its own celebrations, I'm sure :-)
