Huh. Overnight jobs failed to find the destination FTP server, which means that the payment files weren't downloaded and processed.

This may, or may not, be related to the server dying yesterday, so waiting to mug the DBA upon arrival...

So, how did things shake out? Are you still snowed under with backlog, in the midst of moving? Curious over here.

Well, of all days - and wouldn't you just know it? - the DBA had the day off. We eventually got the servers back up and running, but yes, still snowed under somewhat.

And still un-moved - despite having known that we'd be moving for the best part of a year, and having known the exact office for two months, there still aren't enough phone points in my destination to allow me to move. So I'm still working in an increasingly empty office for the time being, but hopefully we'll move in the week coming...
