Blech - am tired.

I'm trying to finish the edit of TTK - correcting the legions of typos and addressing the, uh, creative grammar, but I keep on finding myself reading on (despite having already read the thing, in full, just the other week).

In one sense, given that I wrote the thing, I s'pose it makes sense that I find it interesting to read. On the other hand, though, it does feel slightly narcissistic to read and re-read my own writing in such short order.

And, obviously, when I'm reading instead of proofing, it just delays actually reposting TTK:Reloaded somewhere.

Chocolate for breakfast is always a good pick-me-up :-)

I feel the same way about some of the stuff that I've written: In some ways, "Did I really write this?!" And I do wonder if I could ever do as well again.

TTK was/is classic and, despite the odd typo, is compelling reading - something you can definitely be proud of. It's a good sign that even you keep getting drawn back into the story :-) Hope you do finish the proofing and repost it...

I'd certainly be interested in re-reading it, once you've finished polishing!

I downloaded Stanza, so you are directly responsible for the fact that I'm now reading Benjamin Franklin's autobiography! The selection of free classics is superb. A welcome prompt to read some of the classics.

Looking forward to TTK re-imagined too.

The idea of trying to do something constructive before work (other than getting up) is impressive to me.

Sorry for the blech and tiredness, are you going down with something?

Er, yes, well, not for a long, long time. In the cost cutting exercise at work they scrapped the personal trainer perk. As it was too expensive to pay myself I stopped going. Now walking everywhere is my sole exercise.
